Subject Matter Expert - AI And ML

As a Content Strategist at our organisation, youll play a critical role in shaping the creation and delivery of high-quality educational content. This role demands agility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality content within tight timelines. Were looking for a candidate proficient in programming languages who can simplify complex information into digestible, engaging content, and effectively navigate the video production workflow.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts (SMEs) and the video production team, to create and deliver high-quality content that aligns with dynamic business needs.
• Oversee content creation and curation, ensuring the content is relevant, timely, and free of copyrighted material.
• Understand, structure, and present technical content in a simple, engaging manner that aids learning.
• Navigate the video production workflow, coordinating with editors and proactively resolving issues that arise.
• Adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities while ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of content.
  
• Track and analyse content performance to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and inform future content development.
• Remain open to learning new skills, technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve content strategies.

Skill set Required:

• Minimum 4 years of experience required, preferably in the EdTech sector or University
• Candidates should hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or Computer Applications (BCA), or a Masters degree in Computer Applications (MCA).
• Consistent academic record with a minimum of 65% and above grade.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, R, C, C++, or Java.
• Good knowledge of atleast one of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
• In depth working knowledge of Generative AI is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle pressure and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, demonstrating self-initiative and problem-solving skills.
