Intern

We are hiring a Growth and Business Development Intern at Greco Chess Academy.

This is a 100% remote role where you will work directly alongside the founder to help scale our programs, partnerships, and community presence.

If you enjoy zero to one problem solving, pitching ideas, and creating organic content that actually gets attention, this role gives you real ownership.

What you will be doing:

• Business Development: Researching prospective partners (schools, colleges, clubs, and communities) and initiating outreach through email and cold calling.
• Content and Social Media: Writing engaging, authentic posts for LinkedIn and Facebook to build our organic reach and brand presence.
• Pipeline Management: Keeping track of leads, conversations, and scheduled calls in a clean tracker.
• Founder Office Projects: Collaborating directly on marketing ideas, event proposals, and strategic experiments.

Who we are looking for:

• Clear, confident communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Comfort picking up the phone and pitching to potential partners.
• A natural curiosity for content writing, storytelling, and social growth.
• High ownership: you do not wait for micro management to get things moving.
• Interest or familiarity with chess is a plus, but not required.
