About the Role:

As founders office associate, you will be working on two key functions of the organization - HR and Growth. You will be primarily involved in managing companys new initiatives related to growth and branding and along with that, you will also be managing the HR operations, talent acquisition and managing the recruitment process - both online and offline. You will be closely working with the founding team and also multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive the new initiatives and growth.

Responsibilities:

Growth

  • Plan and manage new initiatives related growth and brand building - across all businesses
  • Develop the program plan for these initiatives - scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, timing
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive these initiatives
  • Create concise, compelling, and effective communications for different contexts - client meetings, strategy reviews, pitch presentations
  • Project manage the initiatives with regular cadences, reporting and analysis

Hiring

  • Source potential candidates through online channels to build pipeline and achieve closures on time
  • Manage candidate engagement from shortlisting, screening, scheduling and onboarding and ensure best candidate experience throughout the process
  • Manage basic HR operations for the company like employee data management, medical insurance, retention and relieving etc.
  • Plan new HR initiatives for better employee engagement and healthy/happy culture building

Requirement:

    Bachelors/Masters degree from Tier I college
  • 0 to 1 years of experience in tech startups in any growth or strategy role
  • AI first approach - in thinking, planning and execution
  • Open and flexible in your approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong analytical skills and good business understanding
