Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at Grihum Housing Finance in Panipat. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, developing strategies to promote homeownership, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, housing finance, or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of lending practices, regulations, and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
