Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Shifts: Rotational

Experience: 0 to 5 Years in Customer Service (Freshers can also apply)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and resolve queries effectively and professionally.
Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Meet defined performance and quality targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues promptly.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, patient, and empathetic approach.
Experience in Customer Service / Voice Process preferred.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
