Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Define and refine the company's long - term business strategy, ensuring alignment with industry trends, EPC market cycles, and organizational capability.
- Drive expansion into new EPC sectors (Oil & Gas, Renewables, Petrochemicals, Infrastructure) and secure high - value projects through strategic positioning.
- Establish strategic partnerships, JV collaborations, vendor alliances, and global supply - chain relationships to strengthen business competitiveness.
- Oversee diversification and digital transformation initiatives to future - proof organizational processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive sustainability, ESG compliance, and energy - transition initiatives across business operations.
People:
- Lead, coach, and inspire the executive leadership team to deliver high performance and operational accountability.
- Build a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning, talent development, and capability building.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, safety, and quality excellence across the organization.
Operational:
- Oversee execution of all EPC projects to ensure timely delivery, cost control, high - quality engineering, safe execution, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure financial prudence by monitoring P&L, cash flows, profitability ratios, and capital allocation efficiency.
- Strengthen project governance frameworks, productivity metrics, and operational KPIs across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and QA/QC.
- Ensure compliance with global EPC standards, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements.
Process:
- Implement robust corporate governance, internal controls, business risk frameworks, and compliance policies.
- Drive digital initiatives such as ERP integration, project control systems, BIM/SP3D adoption, and data - driven decision models.
- Reinforce organization - wide SOPs, engineering processes, and project management standards to enhance execution reliability.
