Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between financial institutions and clients throughout the lending process
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on borrowers
- Prepare, review, and organize loan documentation and reports
- Advise stakeholders on transaction structuring, compliance, and credit risk
- Facilitate negotiations, ensuring terms meet all parties requirements
- Monitor ongoing compliance and manage communication channels
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst certification
- 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or similar roles

- Proven skills in credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
