Job Description
- As a Senior Executive- Accounts & Finance at GrowExx, you will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities will include finalizing books of accounts, managing routine day-to-day accounting tasks, conducting monthly ledger scrutiny, preparing Fixed Assets Register, handling Foreign Currency Gain/(Loss) entry, and ensuring statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and PT.
Moreover, you will need to have experience in MIS (PPT) Preparation, Excel, SAP, and working with Cost centers in Zoho. The role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, preparing sales E-invoices, filing GST and TDS Returns, conducting Statutory Audit of books, and showcasing expertise in Excel.
Key skills for this role will involve bank liaisoning for export remittances, ledger reconciliation/confirmation with customers and vendors, managing Insurance Renewals before due dates, and passing month-end provision entries for book closure.
To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounts, with at least 2 years of experience working with Zoho. The ideal candidate will have a qualification of B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance.,
