What Youll Do
Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new clients who have ongoing permanent technology hiring requirements.
Relationship Management: Leverage your existing network to build and nurture relationships with Hiring Managers, TA Leaders, and Business Unit Heads.
Strategic Pitching: Schedule and lead client meetings to present our specialized recruitment capabilities.
Deal Closure: Drive commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and successfully secure vendor empanelments and staffing contracts.
Collaboration: Seamlessly hand off technical requirements to our internal recruitment teams and ensure smooth delivery.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience: 8+ years of proven Business Development experience specifically within the IT Staffing, Recruitment Consulting, or Executive Search industry.
Network: An extensive, active network of decision-makers within IT Services, GCCs, Captives, and Enterprise organizations in India.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the domestic IT recruitment landscape and emerging technology trends.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
