Business Development Manager

Are you passionate about digital marketing, D2C brands, and building high-impact client relationships Were looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us scale some of Indias most exciting D2C and Shopify-based businesses.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and referrals targeting D2C & Shopify founders
• Pitch our services: Performance Marketing, SEO, UGC, and Growth Consulting
• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Conduct research in the Indian D2C market to stay ahead of trends and competitors
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing solutions
• Prepare sales proposals and close high-ticket deals
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales and revenue goals

You Should Have

• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a marketing agency
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Shopify ecosystem, Indian D2C trends, SEO, Meta & Google Ads
• Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)

Bonus Skills

• UGC content marketing knowledge
• Familiarity with scaling D2C brands
• Proposal writing and client pitching expertise
