What you will

• do:Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-pers
• on.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issu
• es.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware componen
• ts.Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams as need
• ed.Document support activities and solutions in the ticketing syst

What We Are Looking

• For:2 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a related fi
• eld.Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating syst
• ems.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite,Client VPN To
• ols.Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,Wi-
• Fi).Familiarity with SDP IT ticketing systems and remote support to

• eam.Hands on experience with management of Video conferencing solutions like Polycom, Cisco
