About the Role

We’re looking for a YouTube & Content Intern to manage and grow the YouTube presence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day YouTube channel operations, including publishing and content scheduling.
Research guests and topics for upcoming episodes.
Coordinate with editors and designers on video edits, thumbnails, and post-production.
Review videos, share edit notes, and identify highlights and timestamps for Shorts/clips.
Manage YouTube SEO and optimize content based on performance.
Create supporting carousel and social media content.
Publish content across YouTube, Instagram, and Medium.

Ideal Candidate

Strong interest in YouTube, content, and digital media.
Good understanding of YouTube SEO and content performance.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple content pieces.
