About the Role

GudSky Research Foundation is looking for a motivated and creative Strategic Marketing Intern to support the development and execution of marketing strategies, strengthen brand visibility, and promote the Foundations research, programs, initiatives, and activities.

Key Responsibilities

• * Assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
• * Conduct basic market, audience, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• * Work closely with core team members to plan, execute, and improve marketing strategies and initiatives.
• * Support promotional activities for research programs, internships, workshops, and organizational initiatives.
• * Assist in identifying target audiences and developing suitable outreach strategies.
• * Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and audience engagement.
• * Coordinate with the social media and content teams to support marketing initiatives.
• * Monitor marketing activities and track relevant performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and response.
• * Prepare basic reports and provide insights based on campaign performance.
• * Support initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and online visibility.
• * Maintain proper documentation of marketing plans, campaigns, and activities.
• * Stay updated with emerging marketing trends and suggest innovative ideas where relevant.

Requirements

• * Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• * Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategy.
• * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
• * Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online productivity tools.
• * Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
• * Good organizational and time-management skills.
• * Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
