Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Field Sales Executive will visit clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare partners to promote and sell the companys products and services. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring timely follow-ups, and gathering market feedback to support sales strategies. The Field Sales Executive will also prepare regular sales reports, meet assigned targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in promoting medical equipment and healthcare solutions.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
• Generate leads and maintain client databases.
• Support in product demonstrations and presentations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Follow up with clients regarding inquiries and quotations.
• Maintain daily sales activity reports.
• Assist in organizing meetings, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Learn about medical devices and their applications in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on customer service and follow-through.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to present products clearly and handle objections.
• Comfort with field work, frequent travel within Delhi, and working independently to manage daily schedules.
• Good organizational and time-management skills for planning visits, tracking leads, and reporting activity.
• Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for maintaining records and preparing sales reports.
• Minimum of a bachelors degree in any discipline; a background in business, marketing, or life sciences is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and comply with all regulatory and company guidelines.
