Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bhopal, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Information Technology Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT-related positions. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with clients and hiring managers, and ensuring the efficient onboarding of selected candidates. You will also build and maintain a candidate pipeline to meet the companys talent needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience 1+ with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting practices
• Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and manage candidates effectively
• Ability to analyze technical job requirements and match suitable candidates
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment with self-motivation and time management skills
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Exposure to global recruitment practices and an understanding of technology stacks is a plus
