Role & responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, shrubs, trees and flowering plants
- Prune, trim and shape plants as required
- Handle planting, soil preparation and replanting work
- Operate gardening tools and equipment safely
- Monitor plant health and report pest or disease issues
- Keep all garden zones clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Support seasonal landscaping work and special event requirements
- Coordinate with the maintenance team when irrigation or repair support is needed
Preferred candidate profile
- 2 to 3 years of experience in landscaping or garden maintenance
- Knowledge of plants, soil care and basic horticulture
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Skilled in using gardening tools and small machinery
- Good attention to detail and a consistent work approach
