Network Engineer

• Location: Primarily Head Office, Mylapore (with travel to other verticals in Chennai)
• Working Hours: General Shift, Monday-Saturday (Sunday Off)

• System and Network Engineer
• Experience: 1-3 years in system and network engineering or a related field
• Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Responsibilities -

• Design, configure, and maintain network components (routers, switches, firewalls, servers) for efficient network performance.
• Monitor and optimize system and network performance to minimize downtime.
• Install and update systems (hardware/software) to ensure peak efficiency.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect company data.
• Manage both cloud-based (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for necessary hardware/software solutions.
• Conduct system audits, backups, and disaster recovery drills.
• Stay updated on latest advancements in technology.

Required Skills -

• Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or AWS Solutions Architect.
• Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), system administration (Windows, Linux, macOS), and cloud computing platforms.
• Knowledge of security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security).
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
