SENIOR TECHNICAL LEAD - Gen AI

Role Purpose
The AI Transformation & Enablement Lead will serve as an embedded member of the IT AI Transformation & Enablement Group, helping convert strategic direction into practical outcomes that accelerate responsible AI adoption across Global IT.
The role will work closely with stakeholders across IT to assess current-state capabilities, identify opportunities and barriers, and develop sustainable governance, enablement, and measurement mechanisms that support the AI transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities

• Participate in working sessions and drive agreed deliverables to completion.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and current-state assessments across IT functions.
• Develop governance frameworks, operating models, decision criteria, and supporting artifacts.
• Establish AI visibility, adoption, and value measurement mechanisms.
• Support enablement initiatives including Communities of Practice, champion networks, and knowledge-sharing programs.
• Prepare executive-ready plans, reports, and communications.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and maintain momentum across workstreams.
  

Desired Experience: 9+ Years

• Experience leading AI, digital, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and discovery skills.
• Proven experience designing operating models, governance frameworks, and organizational enablement programs.
• Experience conducting process assessments, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing scalable solutions.
• Strong program management and executive communication capabilities.
• Knowledge of AI adoption, AI governance, change management, and value realization frameworks.
• Consulting or transformation experience in large enterprise environments preferred.
