TECHNICAL LEAD - CRM Online

Location: Bangalore/Noida/Hyderabad

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant with 8+ years to bridge business needs and technology solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and support the successful delivery of CRM solutions.

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Configure and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights and Field Service modules.
• Prepare business process flows, use cases, functional design documents, and fit-gap analyses.
• Collaborate with developers and solution architects to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Support data migration, integration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and end-user training sessions.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support change management, issue resolution, and post-go-live adoption activities.
• Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights and Field Service.
• Experience in requirement elicitation, process mapping, and functional documentation.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, security concepts, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience working on at least 2 end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Knowledge of integrations, data migration, and reporting concepts.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting engagements.
