TEST ARCHITECT - AI Automation

• Design and architect scalable test automation frameworks for industrial automation and engineering software products.
• Definetest strategies, test architectures, test plans, and automation standardsacrossunit, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop intelligent AI/LLM-powered testing solutions for test generation, analysis, troubleshooting, and technical knowledge retrieval.
• Implement RAG based systems to leverage product/code knowledge base system
• Integrate LLM/SLM capabilities into IDEs and engineering/test workflows to improve test development and automation productivity.
• Develop automation solutions using Python, with hands-on experience in PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
• Build and integrate AI workflows using LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Architect automated testing for Industrial Automation / OT systems, including PLCs, DCS, SCADA, HMIs, gateways, drives, controllers, and field devices.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus/Modbus TCP, OPC UA and similar protocols.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks usingPython, Robot Framework, pytest, or similar technologies.
• Design reusable test libraries, automation components, simulators, mocks, stubs, drivers, and test utilities.
• Develop automated tests for device communication, protocol interoperability, configuration, connectivity, data acquisition, alarms, and system integration.
• Analyze and automate testing using logs, traces, telemetry, test results, configuration files, and technical documentation.
• Drive CI/CD, Git-based collaborative development, test infrastructure, automation standards, and quality engineering practices across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with automation, controls, software, and QA teams to define test strategies and deliver AI-enabled automation solutions for industrial products.
• Good to have - Prior experience on AI Model training methodologies
