Salesperson

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Noida. The Salesperson will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their home improvement needs, and present suitable modular kitchen, wardrobe, and furniture solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting showroom consultations, explaining product features and customization options, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to close sales. The role involves coordinating with design and production teams to ensure accurate order processing, tracking project timelines, and maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the sales cycle. The Salesperson will also support promotional activities, maintain records in CRM tools, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales and customer service skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and negotiation.
• Ability to understand and explain product features, design options, and customization details in a clear and engaging manner.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with sales tracking tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and confident presentation style.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs and resolving concerns.
• Prior experience in retail, home décor, furniture, or interior solutions sales is an advantage.
• Comfort working in an on-site showroom environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred qualification: Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field; equivalent experience also considered.
