Job Description
- Role: Quality Analyst- Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
- Experience: 7+ years
- 6-10 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter Testing/QA with a valid Guidewire Certified Analyst certification.
- · Strong understanding of ClaimCenter business processes, including FNOL, Exposures, Reserves, Payments, Recoveries, and Claim Closure.
- · Experience in test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, regression testing, and UAT support.
- · Good knowledge of ClaimCenter workflows, business rules, transaction lifecycle, and claims processing.
- · Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain and Line of Business (LOB) concepts.
- · Experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder collaboration for end-to-end testing activities.
