Senior Technical Lead - .Net, Azure, C#

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with 5–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications using .NET Core, React JS, Power Apps, and Azure Services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable web applications, REST APIs, cloud-native solutions, and low-code business applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, and React JS.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Create and maintain business applications, workflows, and automations using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure Services.
• Integrate applications with third-party systems and enterprise platforms.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design discussions, and solution architecture reviews.Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of production issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices.Prepare and maintain technical documentation and deployment guides.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.
