Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Banking Professional role based in Dehradun. The Banking Professional will support branch operations, including opening and servicing accounts, processing transactions, and handling customer queries with accuracy and courtesy. Responsibilities include promoting banking products such as deposits, loans, credit cards, and digital services, while ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies. The role involves maintaining up-to-date customer records, monitoring account activities, and assisting in branch sales initiatives and campaigns. The Banking Professional will collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service, meet performance targets, and uphold HDFC Banks standards of integrity and customer focus.

• Working knowledge of local language and English, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance norms, is beneficial.
