Job Description
- a. To drive the Broker Channel in the location for Health business
- b. To monitor and drive Broker Channel business of location through:
- · Training – Train the Brokers
- · Plan the target for Broker, and achieve the same
- · Business Projections
- · Identifying the Brokers
- · Identifying the right products for brokers
- · Frequent Clients / Partners Visits etc., (Daily minimum 2 visits required)
- c. To drive the key agency matrix and uniform practices
- d. Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
- e. Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and
- implement plans
- f. Driving Partnership Business as per target
