• Prevents reputational losses & financial losses to company by internal/external entities indulging in fraudulent practices. Ensures optimum productivity through trigger-based intimation.

• Handling escalations and updating internal customer on claims assigned for investigation.

• Assist claims and legal team in identification & eradication of frauds.

• Responsible for filing police complaints & leading evidence.

• Updates referral triggers to maximize fraud eradication.

• Reduces loss ratio by increasing success ratios.

• Develops new techniques for investigation (forensic / biometric).

• Implementation of strategic projects.

   

What you’ll do:

• Visit to Police stations for Police complaints on weekly basis. Visit to Insured / Driver / Claimant location with vendor for verification on weekly basis.

• Team Handling of 15 to 20 vendors by conducting structured review on fort-nightly basis.

• Carries out fraud analytics to identify fraud prone areas and provides MIS on monthly basis.

• Shares best case studies within the team to adopt best practices on monthly basis.

• Designs & delivers fraud training programs to investigators for effective investigation on quarterly basis.

• Re-engineers process to reduce investigation TAT and investigation cost on quarterly basis.
