- To drive the Non HDFC Bank business in Digital Office location for Health, Motor and other LOBs
- · To monitor and drive business of DO location through:
- o Agency – Recruitment / Engagement/ Activation
- o OEM – Private Cars/ Tractor Dealer Activation
- o Banca – B3/ CSC Activation
- · To drive the key agency matrix and uniformed practices across Digital Office (DO) location
- · Achieve the top line & BDE/ELR as per defined matrix
- · Driving renewals as per target
- · Morning & Evening Business Reporting
