- Candidates should possess strong Blood Collection skills, including safe venipuncture and capillary sampling.
- Candidates should possess solid Laboratory Skills, including specimen handling, labeling, and adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medicine relevant to diagnostic testing and patient care workflows.
- Relevant certification or diploma in phlebotomy, medical laboratory technology, or a related healthcare field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow standardized procedures, and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality are required.
- Effective communication skills, professional bedside manner, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment are beneficial.
- Previous experience in a diagnostic laboratory or hospital settin
