Job Description
- We are having an opportunity with a leading client of us:
- Role: Corporate Strategy / Business Analyst
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Education: MBA from a Reputed University / Premier B School / Qualified CA
- Location: Noida
- Role Brief:
- Industry: Construction industry
- Growth & Transformation: Lead high-impact strategic initiatives, including market expansion, digital transformation, and new business development.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and potential M&A opportunities.
- Performance Management: Monitor strategic performance metrics and adjust plans to meet company objectives.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with business units, finance, and operations to align objectives
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather functional and technical requirements from stakeholders, documenting them in clear specifications.
- Process Improvement & Analysis: Mapping current state processes (AS-IS) and designing future state processes (TO-BE) to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Utilizing tools like SQL, Excel, and Tableau/Power BI to analyze data sets, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and create dashboards to inform business decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Acting as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet business goals.
- Building Models: Develop detailed, accurate financial models (e.g., DCF, LBO, M&A, capital budgeting) to forecast business performance.
- Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and variances, producing reports to support executive decision-making.
- Scenario Planning: Perform sensitivity analyses to evaluate risk and project outcomes (e.g., "what if" scenarios).
