Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both SAP IS-U and SAP CRM. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in functional configuration as well as technical development, supporting end-to-end utility business processes and CRM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP IS-U and SAP CRM modules.
• Analyze business requirements and provide functional and technical solutions.
• Develop functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Work on IS-U business processes including:
• Customer Management
• Move-In / Move-Out
• Meter Management
• Billing & Invoicing
• Device Management
• Contract Accounts
• Configure and support CRM processes such as:
• Customer Interaction Center (CIC)
• Service Requests
• Business Partners
• Utilities Sales & Service
• Manage integration between SAP IS-U and SAP CRM.
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Provide production support and resolve critical issues within SLA.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5–10 years of SAP IS-U and SAP CRM experience.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Utilities domain.
• Experience with SAP ABAP debugging is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
