Team Management and retention

• Motivating the team and be a mentor to the team
• Coordinate with HR for recruitments in the team
• Maintaining existing relationship and develop relationship with leading KOLS in the geography handled
• Conducting CMES and marketing activities like dinner meet and etc
• Supporting sales negotiations and deal closures at the customers, interface with buying influencers such as direct customer referrals
• Maintain high level of product knowledge of company and competitors for self and team
• Provide leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies and action plans to achieve the targets
• Complete understanding of geographies
• Conduct marketing activities like CMEs, KOL dinner meets, field visit by our consultants etc
• All reports like daily reports, achievements, travel expense sheet to be sent on time
• Field visit- Meet 05-06 doctors each day and develop KOLs and maintain relationships
• Have good rapport with internal and external stake holders
• Ensure team members are in line with objectives of the Organisation
• Train and motivate the team members
• Public relations and corporate communications.
• Come up with public relation strategies and communication strategies and roll out plans and activities.
• Liaison with all relevant departments for materials to be published in a leading News paper and journals.
• Media Relations.
• Use PR to support the strategic and marketing initiatives of HCG
• Manage and organize press releases /meets.
• Mapping competition to keep abreast with the latest developments and develop a mechanism to disseminate the same to internal staff and external fraternity members.
• Compose articles on subjects of medical interest with diverse scope from health care, financing, management, business models, scientific articles, technological advancement in cancer care
• Arrange media kits.
• Co-ordination with journalist during media visits.
• To maintain & strengthen the existing relations with TPAs/Corporate/PSUs
• Achieving targets by signing up with new TPA’s, Corporate & PSU’s
• Arranging activities at corporate & PSUs by the way of Camps awareness programmes, Poster campaigns, Standard display.
• Organizing CMEs for corporate doctors
• Co-ordinate between Clients, Insurance, Helpdesk & Doctors in the system for patients’ seamless treatment
• Keeping tab on competitors & their promotional activities.
