Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Junior SEO Executive to support our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of SEO principles and be eager to learn technical SEO, content optimization, keyword research, and link-building strategies to improve organic search performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research using SEO tools.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements (meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt tags, etc.).
- Create and update SEO-friendly content recommendations.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Perform website audits to identify SEO issues.
- Assist in technical SEO tasks such as broken link checks, redirects, sitemap, and robots.txt updates.
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, business listings, and other off-page SEO activities.
- Track keyword rankings and prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm changes.
- Work closely with content writers, developers, and the marketing team to implement SEO recommendations.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.
- Understanding of HTML basics is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new SEO strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.
- SEO certification is a plus.
