Job Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible Accountants to join our Finance & Accounts team.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, reconciliations, documentation, and supporting the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and other transactions.
• Handle cash and bank transactions and maintain proper records. o Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes, and supporting documents.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents before processing.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting-related requirements.
• Follow up on receivables and payables when required.
• Support auditors and provide necessary documents and information.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and identify discrepancies.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related du es assigned by management.

Eligibility for Freshers

• B.Com / M.Com / BBM or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates with good academic knowledge of accounting.
• Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and accounting principles will be an advantage.
• Good communication and numerical skills. o Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail.

Eligibility for Experienced

Profiles Experience: 2–3 years in Accounting / Finance

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBM or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation and basic statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in handling day-to-day accoun ng independently will be preferred.
• Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
