Head - Strategic Finance

Experience: 12 - 15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Track revenue performance, pipeline, business KPIs, and financial insights.
• Own SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and expansion revenue.
• Partner with Sales on commercial deal structuring, contract reviews, and enterprise closures.
• Build financial models to support business growth and market expansion.
• Drive sales performance measurement, incentive planning, and financial governance.
• Prepare leadership and Board presentations while strengthening financial controls and processes.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Finance within SaaS, IT, consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, GAAP/IFRS, audits, taxation, and financial compliance.
• Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and BI/data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of SaaS business models and subscription metrics.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
