Role Overview:

The Manager for the Project Advisory & Structured Finance Group in Kolkata will serve as a pivotal link between complex capital requirements and strategic execution. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure and corporate finance mandates, working closely with senior leadership, institutional investors, and diverse client stakeholders. You will be responsible for navigating intricate financial landscapes, ensuring that projects are not only financially viable but also structured to mitigate risk and maximize value. Key Responsibilities:

• Structure bespoke financing solutions for corporate and infrastructure clients, tailoring debt instruments to meet specific capital structure requirements.
• Manage end-to-end project documentation, including Information Memorandums and term sheets, to facilitate seamless communication between borrowers and lenders.
