Over the past decade, Hector Beverages has expanded its product line to include fruit juices, coconut water, and iconic Indian beverages such as Aam panna and Jal-jeera and foods & dry fruits which includes products such as Chikki, Aam Papad, range of raw, roasted, and flavored dry fruits that includes mix of nuts, berries & seeds. The brand is synonymous with distinctive flavors and premium ingredients. Furthermore, the firms commitment to quality and innovation is evidenced by its extensive infrastructure of nine dedicated factories (and counting) for Paper Boat products, providing direct employment to approximately 900 individuals and indirect employment to another 2000.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and support the finance team in maintaining compliance and smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, good knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and reconcile vendor/customer accounts.
• Maintain bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow records.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement management.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders when required.
• Generate MIS reports and assist management with financial data analysis.

Qualifications

  Get Hired
  Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Good knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SAP, Zoho Books, or other ERP tools.
• Semi-qualified CA/CMA/MBA Finance candidates can be considered.
