Management Trainee-Finance

About this Position: The role focuses on Treasury and F-OTC management, including cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, financial risk control, compliance, reporting, and treasury technology. It also involves process improvement, digitalization, simplification, and strategic finance support.
What you´ll do:

• Manage Finance functions, with a major focus on Treasury and F-OTC and monitor daily cash positions and liquidity.
• Forecast short- and long-term cash requirements and manage bank relationships and banking accounts.
• Oversee cash pooling and netting activities and monitor and control FX and interest rate exposures.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and controls and prepare treasury reports, analysis, and management insights.
• Support financing and investment planning and coordinate with Accounting and Tax teams, implement and optimize treasury technology solutions.
• Manage internal controls, audits, and compliance activities, manage F-OTC processes and activities.
• Provide input and advice on capital structure strategy and ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting.
• Lead process improvement, digitalization, and simplification projects

• Must be a Qualified CA
• Cash flow forecasting, treasury systems (e.g., TMS), banking operations
• FX risk management interest rate hedging, liquidity planning, financial reporting, internal controls, investment analysis, cash pooling, accounts receivable, Digitalization, Transformation, Simplification
• ERP systems and treasury accounting compliance knowledge
