Associate -Organisation Effectiveness & Development

About the Role:-

We are looking for a data-driven, strategic Associate – Organisation Effectiveness & Development to partner across our Commercial, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Corporate functions. In this role, you will lead key OD initiatives—from org design and workforce analytics to employee engagement frameworks and culture transformation—helping our organisation stay agile, efficient, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Organisation Design & Agility: Implement org design principles, analyze spans of control and layering, and gather operational insights across shopfloor and corporate teams to streamline processes.
• Workforce Analytics & Dashboards: Lead manpower data collection, trend analysis, and annual workforce planning. Build and maintain interactive dashboards in
  
  Power BI to track manpower productivity, attrition, and staffing metrics.
• Engagement & Retention: Design and deploy comprehensive employee engagement frameworks. Analyze retention metrics, gather on-ground feedback, and coach HRBPs on executing targeted retention initiatives.
• Capability & Culture Initiatives: Partner with L&D teams to roll out new-age capability-building programs and drive internal communication campaigns to embed core organisational values.
• Project Management: Track timelines, project charters, and communication plans for OE rollouts and business pilots.

Requirements & Skills:-

• Education: Masters degree in HR, Organisational Development, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of core experience in Organisation Effectiveness, OD, HR Analytics, or Talent Management.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Power BI, MS Excel, and workforce data analytics tools.
• Core Expertise: Solid understanding of OD principles, spans & layers analysis, org restructuring, and change management.
• Behavioral Strengths: Excellent stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Prior exposure to manufacturing setups or industrial workforce dynamics.
