A purpose driven role for you

• Conducting of Internal & External Failures simulation on Test Track and identification of RCA @ Vehicle level.
• Simulation/Prepare Action Plan for Improvement & new features testing
• Identify Improvement projects, EOL testing cycle time improvement and enhancement
• Develop EV exclusive parts, and ensure vehicle integrations
• Plan, budget and execute test lab readiness at Plant / CRVT lab, for EV specific parts including 3) Traction battery.
• Ensure/Improve performance of new product Testing and Validation COP
• Ensure Conformity to Production through robust testing mechanisms, EOL upgrade
• Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality
• Ensuring quality of the manufacturing processes at HMCL plants to ensure First Time Rights products
• Plan and Lead Quality improvement activities and Initiatives impacting Build Up Quality & Vehicle performance testing.
• Conduct periodic BUQI audit along with stake holders as per the set parameters
• Identify the improvement area / non-conformance for further actions along with Stakeholders to improve BUQI
• Base Model@G4 / After Market MP /GB issues Resolution
• Gate tracking, Event trials, Dwg. Study.
• Alignment & senior review (MQ/GB/GPP/PL)
• Drive DFMEA / PFMEA practice within plant and supplier end
• Ensure CFT participation.
• CTQ identification and cascading

• Alignment with multiple stakeholders across the functions (CIT, Quality, overall CFT )
• Quality (along with cost) while choosing supplier First time right Approach with SS/VD as well as Proto machining route aligned with MP established Processes.
• DFMEA discussion on New Technological Parts- No Past Failure data / experience including Proprietary parts.
• Be able to frequently travel locally and internationally. In some cases, with a short notice
• Country specific statutory, regulatory and customer requirements of quality parameters.
  

Academic Qualification & Experience
