Investment Banking Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions

What role you will play in team: You'll be part of a high-performing team working on a variety of M&A transactions.

What you will do: You will support senior team members throughout the deal lifecycle, from initial client interaction to deal closure.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct industry and company research.
• Build financial models and valuations.
• Prepare presentations and pitch books for clients.
• Assist in due diligence processes.
• Support senior bankers in client meetings and negotiations.
• Maintain meticulous deal documentation.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent degree from a top tier institution.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in investment banking or related field a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg Terminal.
