Investment Banking Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions

What role you will play in team: You will join our dynamic Mergers & Acquisitions team and assist in the execution of complex transactions.

What you will do: You'll support senior bankers through all stages of the M&A process, from initial client outreach to transaction closing.

Key responsibility:

• Financial modeling and valuation.
• Market research and due diligence.
• Preparation of pitch books and presentations.
• Transaction execution support.
• Client interaction.
• Developing financial models and analyses to support deal valuation and structuring.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or CFA preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking or related field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling software.
