Private Equity Analyst - Infrastructure

What role you will play in team: You will support the team in identifying, evaluating, and executing investments in infrastructure projects across India.

What you will do: This includes conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and preparing investment memos for consideration by the investment committee.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting financial due diligence on potential infrastructure investments.
• Developing detailed financial models to forecast project performance.
• Preparing investment memos summarizing investment opportunities and recommendations.
• Assisting with the preparation of investment committee presentations.
• Monitoring existing portfolio investments.
• Participating in deal structuring and negotiation.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methods.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in infrastructure industry is a plus.
