Private Equity Analyst - Life Sciences

What role you will play in team: You will support the investment team in all aspects of the investment process, from sourcing to execution.

What you will do: You will conduct financial modeling, market research, and due diligence.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis.
• Monitor portfolio companies' performance.
• Assist in deal execution and closing.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and modeling techniques.
• Experience in the life sciences industry is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and team player.
