Private Equity Analyst - Life Sciences

What role you will play in team: Support senior team members in deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management within the life sciences sector.

What you will do: Conduct financial analysis, market research, and assist with investment recommendations.

Key responsibility:

• Screen and analyze potential investment opportunities in the life sciences sector.
• Conduct financial due diligence, including financial modeling and valuation.
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations.
• Assist in portfolio company management and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain financial models for investment analysis.
• Support deal execution process, including legal and financial documentation.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation.
• Experience in the life sciences industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
