Job Description
- Should have minimum 4+ years of experience in BPO.
- International Voice experience is mandate.
- Should have been designated as a Team Lead for at least 2 years on papers.
- Should be able to calculate Attrition, Shrinkage, AHT.
- Should be aware of NPS, Repeat & Churn.
- Should be aware of Occupancy and Utilization formulas.
- Candidate should have good communication.
- Location: Preferred Chennai based candidates.
- Only female candidate preferred.
Week Off
- 5 Days working - Complete night shift / Sat & Sun fixed week off
