Job Description
- The Process Associate will play a crucial role in handling and processing quotations for standards received from clients on digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include efficiently processing quotations, handling sales requests, conducting detailed research on publisher websites, maintaining data accuracy, collaborating with team members, and communicating effectively with clients and internal teams. You should be adaptable to rotational shifts and ensure all processed quotations are accurately documented and archived. Additionally, you will need to continually update your knowledge on the latest standards and subscription models, participate in training sessions, and comply with company policies and procedures.
You must be a B.Com graduate with good English communication skills, typing proficiency, and willingness to work in rotational shifts. Desired qualifications include familiarity with digital platforms, prior experience in client interactions, and a basic understanding of subscription models and pricing structures.

The role reports to the Team Lead and requires you to work in rotational shifts with Sunday as your day off. Female employees have transport facilities available after 9 PM, while male employees have transport provided after 12 AM.,
