Skills - Excellent English communication

Education - 12th Pass/Graduate

Experience - Minimum 6 months of ORM

Role Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients for social media and email
  
• Handle customer queries and complaints on social media platforms and email
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
• Proficiency in using social media platforms

Days of Working - 5 Days

Week off - 2 Days Rotational

Shifts Window - 24/7 rotational shift (any 9 Hours)

Mode - Work from Office

Salary upto 33k Inhand (As per last ctc)
