Real Time Analyst RTA -WFM
Specific Duties:
1. Ensuring real time Queues monitoring.
2. Real time Shrinkage Tracking
3. Real time Service level Monitoring & Reporting for each interval
4. Business agreed reports interval wise APR- Break Schedules- Login Issues & Monitoring
Experience
At least >1 Year Experience in International Call center monitoring - Inbound
At least 2> Years Experience in Domestic Call center Monitoring Inbound
Skills / competency requirements
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Good communication skills in English
- Client Interaction experience would be added advantage
- Sound knowledge of Inbound Line of business
- Problem Identifying & resolving
