Role:
The Corporate Actions person is responsible for managing and processing mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, ensuring accurate entitlement calculation, payment processing, and reconciliation. The role requires a deep understanding of capital markets and experience in handling operations for international clients.

1. Good knowledge of different types of corporate actions
2. Set up and process mandatory and voluntary events
3. Process instructions for voluntary corporate actions
4. Calculate and post entitlements on Ex-Date/Expiration Date
5. Process payments on Payable Date
6. Reconcile stock and cash for corporate actions
7. Handle corporate action claim processing
8. Conduct daily reconciliations
9. Ensure SOPs are updated whenever there is a change
10. Relevant experience in the reconciliation process

16. 1-3 years of relevant experience
17. Ability to manage international client operations.
