Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Campaign Operations Manager at HG Insights, you will be a crucial part of the Marketing team, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of high-impact lead generation campaigns for customers utilizing TrustRadius intent-driven leads product. Reporting directly to the GM of Leads Programs, you will play a pivotal role in managing operational processes to ensure timely, accurate, and seamless delivery of leads to customers. This role requires attention to detail, a fast-paced work environment, and a dedication to driving operational excellence in customer-facing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Sizing Request Process
- Review incoming sizing requests from internal teams.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to clarify ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria.
- Pull and catalog category intent data to inform sizing.
- Communicate sizing requests to partners and manage their responses.
- Identify and recommend improvements to the sizing process and partner communication workflows.
- Campaign Setup & Execution
- Partner with IDL Program Managers to understand campaign specifications and requirements.
- Create and configure campaigns in the IDL Admin Portal.
- Set up lead forms and webhooks to connect to customers CRM systems.
- QA Check Success Plans and ensure all relevant information is present
- Serve as a resource on customer calls for complicated lead delivery.
- Partner & Lead Delivery Oversight
- Ensure partners deliver leads on the customers designated schedule.
- Validate that all leads, regardless of customer delivery method, are correctly entered into the customers Box folder.
- Monitor and troubleshoot lead delivery errors from partners via the API.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with the Product team to streamline workflows and increase the volume of IDL campaigns the team can support.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to support audit preparations and ensure compliance.
- Partner with the IDL Program Managers and Head of Enablement to document processes and maintain operational consistency.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Assist in pulling partner performance reports.

Qualification Required:
- Direct experience working in tech, b2b, SaaS; working within the b2b demand generation space is ideal.
- 2+ years of work experience in campaign operations focused functions in customer-impacting roles.
- Working specifically with leads programs and delivery is a plus.
- Experience with lead delivery tools such as Integrate and Convertr is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing tools including Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Eloqua, etc.
- Experience working with APIs and webhooks is a plus.
- Proven track record of operations project management for revenue programs and processes at high-growth companies.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data and business intelligence tools.
- Self-starter with direct experience managing campaign operations as an individual contributor.
- Expertise and passion for communication and cross-team collaboration.,
